Ecology Beer Creative respects the privacy rights of our patrons and strives to protect your personal information.  Our intent is to provide a safe online space through proper management and security procedures to ensure the best experience possible.

 

When interacting with our site or POS system we may require you to provide some personal information.  This information is used in the process of doing transactions or making arrangements for private events, and/or communicating via newsletters and other various channels.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTED DIRECTLY FROM YOU:

 

We may ask you to provide your name, address, email, or date of birth in either in person, online, or through email. The information listed above is used for event planning, newsletters, and to communicate offers/sales/discounts at our Taproom.  

 

We will never ask for any personal information or solicit payments through any social media channels.

 

Our POS (point of sale) Provider may collect your bank account information, credit/debit card information for transactions with our business.  We do not store any of your payment information.

 

Emails or phone numbers collected by our POS Provider maybe used to connect with our Patrons via newsletter, email, or text to send offers and discounts.

 

Audio and video data may be captured by our security cameras as well as photography during events and/or when capturing marketing photos in our Taproom and surrounding building exterior.

Your information is not collected, bought, or sold to any party for any reason.

We do not market to anyone under the age of 21 years.  Any information found to be from anyone under the age of 21 years will be removed.

We collect cookies and offer the ability to accept or reject them.  Rejecting cookies will not affect your browsing experience, however; they do help us build a better site by learning how users interact with our space.  Basically, what's relevant and what's not and what is and what isn't being used.
